Lindsay Danylak, Executive Assistant

Lindsay oversees all day-to-day office interactions and functions for Hamilton Place Strategies. She works with clients to plan and organize meetings, assists with research, and handles the scheduling for the partners.
Most recently, Lindsay was the People and Organization Coordinator for a division of Mars, Inc., where she implemented company-wide programs, organized events, conducted performance reviews, and assisted associates as a key member of the Human Resources team. Additionally, Lindsay managed all aspects of the recruitment process, including reviewing applicants, conducting interviews, and extending employment offers.
Prior to her experience in business, Lindsay worked in the offices of Congressman Greg Walden and Congressman Peter Roskam. During her time on Capitol Hill she worked closely with legislative staff to conduct policy research and analysis, and assisted the press staff with video editing, news clips, speech editing, and constituent relations.
Born and raised in Medford ,Oregon, Lindsay received her B.A. in Mass Communication and Political Science from Simpson University. She lives in Maryland with her husband, Michael, and pet fish, Ferdinand.
