Biography

Adeline Sandridge is an associate at Hamilton Place Strategies where she works with a variety of clients to develop strategic communications initiatives and analyze data-driven public policy.

Before joining HPS, Adeline served as the Data Services Associate with Custom Management Group (CMG) in Charlottesville, VA where she worked most closely with the Horatio Alger Scholarship Association, analyzing higher education policies for low-income and first-generation college students. Prior to her tenure with CMG, she also worked as the public policy intern for the Alzheimer’s Impact Movement in Washington, DC where she collaborated with the federal and state affairs teams to advance multiple Alzheimer’s-related public policy initiatives on Capitol Hill and in all 50 states. Adeline also has experience with state politics, where she served as the policy intern for Virginia State Delegate Rob Bell, the Chairman of the Virginia House of Delegates’ Courts of Justice Committee.

Adeline is originally from Crozet, VA and graduated with high distinction from the Frank Batten School of Leadership and Public Policy at the University of Virginia. She earned a B.A. in Public Policy and Leadership Studies, with a minor in Spanish from UVA’s College of Arts and Sciences. She is a member of Pi Alpha Alpha, the global honor society for public affairs and administration.
