Biography

Aye Diallo is an associate at Hamilton Place Strategies, where she assists a variety of clients on developing strategic communications and policy objectives.

Prior to joining HPS as an associate, Aye was an HPS summer intern, where she conducted daily policy and analytical research for clients in education, transportation, business, and the beverage industry. Prior to her time at HPS, she also interned at the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) as a field management division intern. At the USDA, she organized and developed a records management system as well as prepared communications by attending numerous policy decision meetings. While at Howard University, Aye served as a Research Fellow for the Youth AfricanaA Leadership Initiative. As a research fellow, she traveled to Ghana and took part in comparative analysis, critical and creative thinking, and problem-solving around major issues facing the African Diaspora.

Originally from Austell, Georgia, Aye graduated magna cum laude from Howard University, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Furthermore, she speaks Fulani, a West African dialect.
