Sandra Maldonado is a Scheduler and Operations Associate at Hamilton Place Strategies. Her work consists of supporting HPS principals with client management, business development, and administrative support. Additionally, she serves on the Operations team where she supports various projects for our growing firm.
Prior to working at Hamilton Place Strategies, she worked at The Washington Center for Internships and Academic Seminars (TWC) where she supported the president and board of trustees. During her time at TWC, Sandra helped restructure TWC’s board, onboarded new leadership, and planned the annual scholarship dinner. Sandra also worked at the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute where she worked with leadership on the inaugural capital campaign to raise funds for a new building.
Sandra is originally from Lima, Peru but has spent many years around the DC metropolitan area. She graduated from George Mason University with a degree in Events and Tourism Management. Sandra lives in Springfield, VA with her husband and two dogs, Francine and Olivia.
